“Jesus heard that they had thrown him out, and when he found him, he said, “Do you believe in the Son of Man?”” John 9:35 NIV
Here’s a little detail of this famous story I just realized for the first time today. The story is the one where Jesus heals a man born blind, religious leaders heavily questioned this man, his parents basically refused to support him, and at the end he simply kept stating the one fact he knew ‘he once was blind, but now he sees’.
The part I’ve never noticed is that this man was thrown out for his convictions and this is precisely where Jesus meets him. The Bible tells us that Jesus heard this man was thrown out, and Jesus went out of his way to find him.
There are many things we associate Jesus with: healings, restorations, peace, and many more. But today we are reminded Jesus is the one who KNOWS when our lives are a complete chaos, and then he FINDS US in our state of brokenness.
If I could give you a hug, hi5, or fist bump from here I definitely would. As long as you don't mind a couple typos here and there, you're MOST welcome to check in, drop a comment here and there, and make yourself at home.
