“Again he asked, “What shall I compare the kingdom of God to? It is like yeast that a woman took and mixed into about sixty pounds of flour until it worked all through the dough.”” Luke 13:20-21 NIV
The kingdom of God identity is found in its ability to mix in, transform, and elevate anything it touches. It acts as an agent of change, not a massive mass of volume.
I think the norm is for people to choose their own will, to do what their desires lead them to. I get it, I too have those desires. I honestly don’t get too too shaken when I hear ‘so and so did XYZ...’ since at any given moment that so and so could’ve been me.
Those of us who are picking up our cross and following our Master shouldn’t expect to be a majority, but a catalyst. Salt of the earth, not the main dish.
Let us forfeit the temptation of majority and embrace our call to transform and elevate our families, friendships, work environments, school, and everything we come in contact with.
If I could give you a hug, hi5, or fist bump from here I definitely would. As long as you don't mind a couple typos here and there, you're MOST welcome to check in, drop a comment here and there, and make yourself at home.
